Founded by Rumit Patel and Rushika Patel, the vision behind AppreZen emerged from their shared passion to transform the way businesses express appreciation and build meaningful relationships.

Rumit A. Patel, with 15+ years of hands-on expertise in B2B gifting, branding, printing, and logistics, leads the business with a maker’s mindset and a long-term strategic vision. His on ground understanding of fulfillment, design, and enterprise culture forms the operational backbone of AppreZen.

Rushika Patel, Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at inception, with over 18 years of experience & she brings a global perspective to product architecture and scale. A Wharton Executive CTO alumna and former technology leader at UPS, USA, she has helped shape the early vision of AppreZen as a platform-first company with long-term scalability.
